It use to be ridiculously hard when Toph went out of town. I am happy to admit, that it is getting easier and easier for me to send Toph off. When I ask myself Why? My honest answer is, I am not quite sure. I wonder if it could be that the kids are getting older, or it could be the realization (Yet again), that these kids keep growing up faster than I am prepared for, so I need to try to savor every moment, even the hard ones when I am worn out, or maybe it’s just a simple change of thought process, (while Dad is away, we’re going to find something special to do EVERYDAY that we will all look forward to). I am not sure..but I am grateful for the change.

This day it was a Taco Amigo picnic dinner at the park.

(We’ve hit that age where making weird faces, or doing gross things is cool in pictures. Ugh. Not loving this phase, but I think it’s just a boy thing, and he’ll grow out of it. I can hope that at least! 🙂 )

That’s why he loves me? UH…Okay, at least he loves me, right? 🙂

This ‘Eye Spy’ Puzzle, kept us all busy for a few days, putting together, this is the 3rd big one we’ve done together as a family. And the big boys are getting really good at doing it! and LOVE IT!

Elliot on the other hand, is getting really good at taking it apart! 🙂

We quickly learned our lesson and next time will assemble our puzzle far away from his sweet little disassembling hands.

I love dressing babies. It is so much fun, they don’t really complain, and just look so cute when you are finished!

This Sunday I dressed Lorelei for church, and Elliot ended up not feeling well, so we kept the two little ones home, and so I said to Toph, too bad no one is going to see this cute outfit…turns out he had a little mini photo shoot, to record it.








She’s even got sparkly slippers on. So much fun!

So fun to watch this little one grow up.

Elliot’s already learned that sometimes is so hard to put down a good book.

But she’s still getting fed, so really, I shouldn’t be noticing right?
And it is pretty cute with her face completely, right?
So dad can be in charge of feeding from now on! 🙂
