Snuggle Buddies

AFter Lorelei’s afternoon nap, Elliot loves to ‘snuggle her’. Pretty much it consist of her grabbing whatever toys/objects he has at the time, while Elliot giggles and smiles.

Any way you look at it, it’s pretty cute, and melts my heart to hear him ask, ‘hi your-i-yie, come see me!’

Easter Sunday

After a beautiful Easter Sunday Church Meetings, we headed up to Grams and Gramps house to be with family,

and for a yummy Easter Dinner and Egg hunt

and a few surprises.

Toph was not feeling well, thankfully there were many people who were willing to help me out with Ms. L

It had been a busy, busy few days, and Lorelei was in good spirits, but just plain exhausted, and fell asleep on the rug, in the middle of all the commotion. Now that is tired!

Easter Saturday with the Phillips

Started out with Dying of the eggs at Grandma’s house. Then up to the river to play, roll eggs and have an easter egg hunt.

What a wonderful day!

Don’t know how they do it…

Whilst on vacation, I put these two to bed, they were reading books the opposite direction on the bed, and each time I continued to check on them, they were in a different position.

It is funny to me, because often times they move all night long, kicking each other, yet they always want to sleep side by side when we are away from home. These boys are lucky to have each other!

Imagination Power

So fun to watch imagination bloom in front of my eyes…

To me: blocks and a bear.
To him: A superhero jumping over towers and bridges.

Laundry Buddies

Whist the big boys are at school, the littles and I do lots of jobs around the house…including laundry.

And after those busy weeks of being so big, sometimes sesame street will just do the trick, and lull you right to sleep.

What a blessed life I have.

I red (READ) books! Every day after school.
I Run, past others at school.
I always play outside.

Breakfast at our house….

Often times looks like this:

These kids wake up so happy, and excited EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING. (something they didn’t get from me!)

With four smiling faces like these cuties, I believe this is the best way to start any morning.
