Reflections: Award of Excellence Winner.

For those of you who follow our blog regularly, know this past school year Tucker entered our State Art’s Program, called Reflections. In April, this state wide competition came to an end.

Tucker was invited to the State Award Ceremony, and there was awarded the Award of Excellence for the state of Utah for his primary age group, (which is like First Place).

We are so proud of him.

Here’s a short video clip of him getting an award, (Just FYI: He was the very first person to receive an award that evening, and the whole event was not super organized, so hence the little bit of confusion, as to what he was supposed to be doing/where he was supposed to be standing.)

And I love the little hop/run down the stairs at the end.

I love our families…as he was honored this night, he was surrounded by those who love him.
His guest list included, the Great Hunsakers, Grams, (Who we went to dinner with earlier in the evening..Tuckers Choice–McDonalds),

Uncle Eric, Aunt Tiff, Uncle Ryan and Belle, Ikey, Nora,

and Grandma and Grandpa Phillips.

And there were many more who would have loved to have been there.

So this truely is the end of our Reflections Journey, and what a road it has been! (Although, Tucker doesn’t see this as an end, he really wants to enter next year! 🙂 ) Congrats again to our little Tucker Bean, and yet again, I hope he always remembers, ‘Dream Big! If you can dream it, you can accomplish it!’

We Love you buddy!
