Is an amazing thing.
Elliot’s was no exception.
He was blessed in an outfit that has been worn by his father, his uncles Patrick, Brian and Dallin Paul, as well as his older brothers Tucker and Truman.
He had new booties made by his Grandma Phillips
And he used the blanket that Truman and Tucker have both been blessed in.
I guess you could say we’re a family of Traditions…It was a beautiful day, thanks to all who were able to attend, and for the love we felt from those who weren’t able to make it.
I am thankful everyday for the sweet blessing of children I have been given.

Unexpected Photo Shoot.
BY FAR, Tucker is the hardest of my children to get a ‘photo shoot’ picture from.
He HATES getting his picture taken (And can you blame him, honestly, look at this blog, I am a picture taking fanatic!)
One day I was taking pictures when he got home from school, and his silly side came out. I love the pics that came out, you can see his personality so clearly.
What a sweet heart, your oldest child somehow helps you appreciate the world more as you enter it together. You share many firsts together. He experiences the world for himself the first time, and you for the first time as a parent, experience the world with them.
How I am grateful for him.

Celebrate Good Times,
With my parents birthdays being only a little over a week apart, often times we celebrate them together.
This year was no exception.
We had a party at our house, and honestly, what’s not to love about a party with many of your favorite people there? Nothing if you ask me.
Here’s the kids watching the candles getting lit for Grams and Gramps.
And Tiff was so awesome, she got a Key lime pie for dad and for Mom a white cake with white frosting. Most the time we just get pie, and call it good. Not this year, they each got their own thing. (moms czke got decorated with toppers from Trus super hero party that never got used 🙂 )
We’re very lucky to have parents who love us so much, it’s easy to celebrate them and their birthdays.
I hope he becomes…
Rubba, Dubba, Dubba,
Our Outfits.
When going to College up in Northern Utah, I became acquainted with the term ‘outfits’ from my roomie. I had never heard this term, but I quickly learned it was a word used to describe your vehicle. I guess it’s an Idahoan word, as I have heard it many times from my Idahoan in-laws. So without further ado, here are the boys on their outfits,
And if you were to come by my house, or in our cul-de-sac, please drive slow, because chances are you’ll see one of my boys whizzing by on one of these puppies.
