My Mother-in-Law learned the art of Chocolate Dipping, from her Aunt Vita,(sp?) and has been doing it for years, she has taught her daughters, and (daughter-in-laws) the beautiful art.

I have been lucky enough to take part of the chocolate making process since Toph and I have been married. Every year, I love the feeling of warm chocolate, and getting it to the right temperature for dipping. I love to dip, and of course to taste them. That is one of the best parts, tasting, as well as watching others eat them. Because Honestly, who doesn’t like chocolates?

I have fond memories of dipping chocolates at my aunt rhonda’s. When we were at BYU we would often spend thanksgiving in preston. Yay for chocolate. and yay that you are able to blog again. I have missed reading your posts.
