Hurrah!

He even had a solo part,
“We’re sick of the flu and want something new!”

And the song I heard sung over and over again during the week because Truman loved to sing it! 🙂

“How did this day get so complicated?”
Elliot woke up, was no longer contagious from Strep, but still wasn’t feeling well…

We had a busy day of errands ahead of us!

We started out the day, only to come out of the grocery store, and find my back two tires FLAT.
I then proceeded to drive around to FIVE gas stations, (APPARENTLY people have been stealing air compressors, so we couldn’t find one!),
And upon further inspection for 3 nails in each of our back tires. Seriously?

So off to tire store we went…

Grateful for the popcorn, to keep my children happy!

So much for a busy productive day! Ha, Ha! Ha!

Love seeing improvements.

She is putting two words independently together, without prompting from me, (although you don’t hear that in this video!) and LOVES the toys her speech therapist leaves with us to practice with!

Also, we recently visited the ENT Specialist and had her hearing tested again.
Her hearing was great, and the ENT mentioned we still have one working tube, but the second is on it’s way out, and clogged.

We’re hoping that we can be done with tubes, and ear infections now that she is a little older!
(And I am SO Grateful that we live close enough to Primary’s they are awesome!)

Preschool has been WONDERFUL for Elliot. We have a fantastic teacher, and she plans activities that Elliot loves, that are also educational.

One week they talked about Kindoms, and castles, and Elliot loved being a king.

On a complete side note, Elliot has decided that Suspenders are his fashion accessory of choice, (which is not a bad thing to help him keep his pants up!)

Truman lost another tooth, (he didn’t even realize it was loose, and bit into an apple and it popped out!) and his cute toothy grin reminds me of a jack.o.lantern!

He has more teeth gone in the front than actually there now!

So, it’s struck again, I think my family is prone to strep. We always get it, and apparently, (according to the pediatricians records) it’s always the same week…at least for the last 5 years it has been! crazy, right?

It hit Elliot especially hard this time around.

Thank heaven for antibiotics!

But how can you get upset when she ‘reads’ so cute?!?!

This fall was crazy for us. So, we didn’t get all the leafs up before the first snow came! So that means, come Spring, there is still thousands of leaves in our yard!!

I spent over well over 40 hours, on less than half of the backyard, and I still have TONS left to do, but it was fun to be outside, as the kids played and played and played in the sandbox. Especially the little kiddos.

And here is Tucker and friend Andy, planting our bean tee-pee.

Just getting me excited for the summer months!

For a few weeks, Tucker has been asking me to come to lunch. It finally worked out, with our schedules, that we didn’t have anything, Hurrah! It is almost as exciting for them as it is for me, to see that my boys still enjoy my presence, and are excited to see me!

It was pizza day, and delicious! 🙂
Everyone was happy that day, and I love that Tucker and Truman’s lunches still overlap, so we can all be together. I need to try to do this more often, because it was wonderful.
