Last Day of School 2012-2013

The last day of school is kind of silly, since the kids only go for a short time!
But it was long enough to say goodbye to friends and teachers!

So much Love, for such a little dog.

I am CONSTANTLY finding pictures on my phone, and one of the kiddos favorite subjects as of late is Scout. Usually she is posed just like this. How the kids love this dog!

Our new ride!

For summer, I decided I needed a double stroller to keep up with the big boys on their bikes. I know it’s just going to be a short time before Elliot can ride his own bike with the big kids, so we didn’t want to spend too much, but we have LOVED going out together with the littles in the jogging stroller, the bigs on their bikes, and me with my rollerblades. It’s been a nice way to be active, and get around, and honestly stay up with the big kids! 🙂

Memorial Day Weekend, fishing at the pond!

We love living close to a pond. The boys got up early to go fishing, and Lorelei and I joined them later…
And soon enough the littles had found the beach, then the water….

Memorial Day Hike to Battlecreek Waterfalls!

We love a good hike, and Elliot especially loves a hike with a waterfall in it, so this hike has quickly become a family favorite, even Scouty enjoyed it this time! 🙂

Truman’s Field Day

I got to help again at Truman’s field day, at the sponge fight/throwing spot again. (Not the funnest spot because it was FREEZING cold!)

IMG_7257
Of course I had to the two littles with me, and Truman was darling walking around helping them at each of the stations. (they were having fun, I promise, I don’t know why they look so grouchy in this picture!)
Even though he didn’t have to! IMG_7265
That might have been my favorite part of the day, except, Truman’s face got painted awesomely. I love that he chose a monocle and a mustache.
IMG_7262
BUt the day got even better ’cause Toph was working in Utah County that day, and was able to stop by for lunch with us.

Love having the chance to participate and help him and his class, and love that I got to do with so many of the people I love.

Elliot’s Sponge’s

I had over 200 sponges for Truman’s field day activity, I brought them home, and washed them all, and while I put them on the sidewalk to dry, Elliot found them again, and played and played and played with them.

I thought these videos were pretty cute.
