In order to have a picnic you need food right? Well It would help if I remembered to pack the food that we were going to eat! Thankfully my husband goes with the flow, and helped to find a coupons and a killer deal on ‘The Pie’ Pizza. 🙂
Afterwords we went to the zoo for the ‘sunsets safari’ and it was wonderful because there was not very many people there! Beautiful night in beautiful weather:

Since fourth grade they studied mountain men, the kids got to do a rendezvous! I got to help at the rendezvous, and was in charge of running the marbles station. The boys all loved this station, and what’s not to love about marbles! Unfortunately, I only got one shot of Tucker, and it wasn’t that good of one 🙁 Blurry and dark!
What is not to love about getting to spend time with by boy, and getting to watch him interact with his peers!
Tucker is a recorder Ninja. For every song he passed off he got a ‘belt’ for his recorder. He did very well, and finished all but the last two songs. (You only got to play the songs you’d earned the belts for!)

When I watch this my heart swells and I am proud of him and the amazing choices he is making in his life. He has a good heart and wants to share it all with us, his parents, and his siblings and his friends.

I’ve been spending alot of time trying to keep up with yard work, including the backyard, Lorelei has been doing some exploring for herself, and she’s pretty happy about it.

Granite Flats is a new TV show on BYUTV and one that we enjoy watching together on Sunday Afternoon. And even better is when we get to eat popcorn together, while we watch!
