In addition to the mudslide (Which needed it’s own post!) we:

went to Pack Meeeting… (4 kids and me, in a gym, trying to keep Lorelei and Elliot from running around…SUPER fun. 🙂 )

And a side note, it was during this time with Toph away, that Lorelei discovered the Mascara. Not a week has gone by since, that I’m not scrubbing that girls face. (Even after it has been moved and hidden, she can find it!) 1.5 years old is TOO YOUNG for makeup! But she just loves to be ‘pretty!’

This summer after, tubes in her ears, and hearing tests, we finally got approved for speech therapy.

For the longest time, she wan’t making any noises whatsoever, so when she started grunting it was a big deal! Here she is grunting for more watermelon….

And another movie of her playing had games, of paddy cakes.

We started in June, and are still going now, and she is making BIG progress. We’re continuing, and are so grateful for a great community that has programs to help our little Lorelei!
